No need to blame yourself You would never have ended up in a pit if you had done nothing. Or if you had worked so slowly and uniformly that the probability of wrong actions would have been reduced to a minimum. You have chosen the path of growth, and therefore the obligatory option of pits. A pit is a simple, fastest, but very stressful way to correct you on the way to the goal. In the moment it is very difficult to experience, but then you will understand that it was necessary.
