really tho, what if we all pooled for an ETH tipping token

open to name suggestions, im thinking wtpETH "wrapped tip ETH" everyone gets an allowance but the tips are approved by a DAO (highest contributers + voted in volunteers)

game theory is to find unsung heros of Ethereum and raid tip them wherever they're posting
