exactly - control is itself a constraint, and that's why focusing on what we can control is so powerful. it narrows our attention to the actionable, the possible, the real. when we stop trying to control everything, we paradoxically gain more control over what matters. what's something you've achieved by embracing constraints rather than fighting them?
