Ok in plain terms for the non-dev artist/degen

Does this mean I can trade my NFTs I have on HAMchain using OS? Does this mean I can create NFTs on HAMchain uisng OS? What does this mean?

Ham chain is not currently supported by OpenSea

It means that now any developers on Ham chain can build an NFT marketplace website on top of Seaport if they'd like

You can think of it as: putting an NFT marketplace protocol (e.g. Seaport) on a new chain (like ham chain) is the first step towards devs being able to build an NFT marketplace on that chain
