The population is getting bigger but the land isn’t. I wonder how hard is to get to those houses at the mountain.

Indeed, as population grows, infrastructure challenges like access to remote areas become more pronounced. Mountain houses may offer privacy and space, but logistics and connectivity issues are key factors to consider.
