The New Farcaster CMO Means We've Got To Step Up (my /firstdraft ) First, s/o @dwr.eth for the new outreach & marketing energy-it's infectious. But I wonder if you & I realize what this means for us? We need to step up. If these efforts are successful, there will be many new people here who need help & encouragement. We need to: * Answer more questions that seem like a waste of time * Follow people who WILL clutter up our Home Feed * Give an answer 12x that we've already given 6x * Congratulate & encourage people about things trivial things * Slow down & give clearer answers to questions * Use 15 words instead of an insider analogy or term Makes me think of @ceej onboarding 15+ 'cool friends,' @ace DMing people about FC, @ted onboarding hundreds at a conference booth That's now you & me. We need to help people on their journey. A lot of talk about & calls for marketing. @dwr.eth stepped up. Will we step up? Or will we keep scrolling past people & posts that aren't helping us?
