Eventually. Right now Airstack is handling it manually, but you can request your own fan token be added to the launch schedule.

in time all users will be able to create any fan token for any farcaster entity (on the roadmap, dunno when).

Hmm pretty nice,but it would still depend on how your growth rate on Warpcast is right? (Openrank) and one last question when I purchase a fan token does it appear in my wallet?
