I spent ten years in a Jungian process group where we interpreted each other’s dreams, worked on our issues using Jung’s framework of the psyche, and studied Gnosticism.

Jung💛 believed that what is repressed in the unconscious will eventually find a way to surface—sometimes as a monster, sometimes as a forgotten truth. Perhaps the darkness within us is merely the voice of a part of our psyche that has long been ignored.
