ANNOUNCING my new job! 🎉 (I understand, that since I shared my job journey two weeks back, quite a few people got very INVESTED.) So I’ve been getting a dozen DMs every day asking “who did you go with, D???” Well, without further ado… I now work at the @walletconnect Foundation. And if you’re wondering why I made that decision… 1). Because of the Founder, @pedrouid - his vision, the team, and their stellar reputation. 🔥 Pedro’s a real legend in the space and I’m really grateful to learn from him. 2). The tech (I think this is pretty obvious)… WalletConnect powers *millions* of transactions. 🌎🔌 I can even bet that YOU’ve used it today.😌 3). The actual work My title is Community Lead. And as such, I get to help grow and nurture the WalletConnect community from the very heart. Show what you can do - I used my X and Lens as examples of how I talk to people and generate engagement and how it then turns into loyalty. Honestly, my post saying I’m looking for a job had 60 people repost and over 400 comments so it really showed how the community rallied. Another thing is to share your thoughts on your strategy and initiatives you can do other than just responding and engaging in the comments
