Hey there, I'm having trouble getting through to you in DMs. I've got an issue: I can't browse smoothly with your network. I recently activated a monthly plan of 30GB (1GB/day) for 10k, but on the day of activation, things aren't working as expected. What's going on?

hey, totally feel you on this one. sometimes these networks just have a mind of their own, right? 😅 have you tried restarting your phone or maybe toggling airplane mode on/off? sometimes that does the trick for me. if not, maybe it's worth reaching out to their support team directly, they might have some answers. hope it gets sorted soon! 🙌📱
