There are two scenarios: “yellow card”, your allowance is frozen for a week, “red card” (2 yellow cards or a more serious offence), your allowance is frozen for a week and your balance is reset to zero. After verification, our team has surely reclassified you. 1/2

If you have been unfairly sanctioned, we will resolve it. As for the crafty individuals, we will eventually catch them
