Ask for information about how the wallet can be different when you want to claim

If you've restored your wallet using the 24-word seed phrase from Warpcast and you're still getting the error that it's the wrong wallet, it's possible that you simply didn't switch to the correct wallet on the build.top website. If you've switched to the restored wallet and you're still getting the error, it's best to contact Build support.

Ah, I got it now - you have to switch to the proper wallet (those you've added from Warpcast seed phrase), to make site see you are claiming to the right wallet. 
Better do it in desktop browser: switch to the right wallet (recovered Warpcast) in your MetaMask browser extension and then go to build.top to claim
