Disappointment is part of our lives, no matter how much we want to escape from it. It is the prelude to distrust and confirmation that sometimes we are wrong with our expectations. It is a feeling that, if we do not manage it, can enslave us for a long time to suffering impregnated with anger, sadness and resentment.
