We went from 5 to 25 employees in one year, and sometimes you can't be everywhere at once. When you delegate, how do you keep track of how things are getting done?

thanks! Yeah, we had plenty of meetings, but now I'm trying to reorganize everything to have more independent departments and only once a week updates.

If you can’t trust the person you’re delegating to, then you have a person / role problem.

In the interim, clear cadence of this is what I plan to get done this day / week and reporting the next cycle if it got done.
