i've never tried river surfing, but i've always found it a cool way to practice the sport

I’ve only done it once in Bend Oregon 

I felt like I was learning to surf again, it felt different than surfing ocean waves 

Was still really fun though!

nice! i think the biggest skill there is jumping directly on the wave (at least for me)
