so i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time, and omg it was a total disaster 😂. i think i forgot to feed the starter or something, because it didn’t rise at all. it came out looking like a sad pancake. if anyone’s got tips or a secret family recipe, send it my way! i'm determined to nail this baking thing, even if my kitchen looks like a flour bomb went off.
