Day four as a non smoker has been the hardest so far. I guess it’s a combination of being tired from all evenings of drinking with homies and being locked home with 2 sick kids all day. We keep pushing no matter what, but I only realize right now how much those smokes dictated my cadence in life. Toxic & unreal.

Oh man it’s straight up rollercoaster vibes but I’m getting more and more confident. I wanted to do it in the worst way possible with 2 small kids a month before our vacay while we have tons of bdays and social gathering with tons of smokers coming up😂
