Wanting to do some back of the envelope math to see what sort of specs / compute we would need TODAY to prove all state accesses in an eth block using Plonky3.

Any options on what we should use as targets?

The compute needed prove the 80th percentile of blocks in under 5s? 99th percentile in...?
