The scale is very overrated. It tells a story but not the whole picture Weight doesn’t give you the breakdown of muscle and fat The goal is to lose fat not weight. You can lose 10 pounds but if it’s all muscle you are actually in a worse position. If you are getting stronger, then keep going.

So true the weight scale is a very limiting tool. Also, not all fat is the same, visceral fat seems to be very bad. That in mind, I get a DEXA to confirm I’m losing visceral fat.
