Sudan now has two Governments, after the RSF established a parallel government in areas under their control. Sudan is currently facing a civil war between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces paramilitary. Libya also has two Governments.

It’s a worrying trend in the region. Divided governments only make matters worse, especially during times of conflict. Sudan and Libya are in desperate need of stability and international support to avoid further chaos.
