EAST COAST THAILAND CRAFT BEER COMMUNITY (ECTCC) 2024

The Greatest craft beer competition in Thailand.  It was great to have the opportunity to joined ths year's event, with hundreds of community and brewers.  And YES alots of great beers.

"Khao Soi," a popular Northern Thai curry noodle soup. It typically includes both boiled and crispy fried egg noodles, a rich and creamy coconut curry broth, and is often garnished with lime, pickled mustard greens, shallots, and crispy fried noodles on top. The dish in the photo looks like it includes the traditional crispy noodles and green onions as garnish.

This is a popular Thai dessert called "Khao Niew Mamuang" or Mango Sticky Rice. 
It consists of sweet sticky rice (often colored with butterfly pea flower for a blue hue), ripe mango slices, and a small cup of coconut milk for drizzling over the rice. 
The yellow topping on the rice is usually crispy mung beans. It's a delicious and traditional Thai treat.
