Trump is on record saying he favors the death penalty for all drug dealers, so you'll have to pardon me thinking there's a 0% of him following through on this. This man will lie about literally anything to get votes, and you all are eating it up.

I'm aware of that. My point here is that he has no intention of actually commuting Ross's sentence. It doesn't align with his previously stated views, and he has a history of not following through on campaign promises.
