is there a public appeal process for them to go through? some of them have been loyal users who seemed normal, but i don’t have the full context.

Nothing formal afaik. Disquals happen in two flavors now:

>fully automatic, occasional errors, limited recourse
>manual investigations, highly accurate, no recourse

I suspect most of the users contacting you have been manually removed, as is normal for this time of month.

In any way you check, I behaved completely naturally and like a social network, and there is no reason for me to be recognized as a bot. I would appreciate it if you tell me the reason if I am removed from the system. I worked hard for my account and it's not fair to be deleted for no reason! I strongly object!
