Doing mistakes in my new job make me sad and unmotivated I hate that. I think I will not be happy in my job. I need more creativity and coding tasks

I am totally learning this job I am a software distributior via endpoint manager etc… which is really interesting but I am not passionate about it

If this lets you maximize the density of your learning and you see a path to reducing the mistakes through skill improvement then you’re getting paid to learn which is a win �

I am still in probation time. And I need this job so I won’t say anything and I will improve my coding skills in JS and solidity to be more confident and maybe get a blockchain job in my current company (big company in Switzerland) because they have a nice quality of work it’s just me (sorry for this long answer)
