Yesterday the opening of the Waia’mu exhibition by Lia Cunha and João Milet Meirelles took place at the RV Cultura e Arte gallery with works developed from the artists’ research on the mangroves of Itaparica Island (Bahia/Brazil). The exhibition can be visited until August 24th.

One of the interesting points of the RV Gallery is the permanent section of artist's books, which can be consulted and/or purchased. In this photo, you can see some of the available ones. 

It is a pleasure to have two of my books there: "Como zelar uma cidade vazia" [How to look to an empty city] and "O livro do GIA - Grupo de Interferência Ambiental"  [The book of the GIA - Environmental Interference Group].
