Just as an experience, I have had 8 yrs of working experience and in those years i felt one thing which i hated the most in this industry. How they change the behaviour against sn employee is he/she puts a resignation. I mean a whole attitude changes towards us. I am facing this 3rd time now, they started treating you like something they don't know. Checking how much hours u are in. Giving more works which I am not even assigned to. Such a tragedy that no HR took action against this.

I dnt know when it will get changed.🥲
