Added balance to the $degen frame and @jacek also updated the allowance data, so the frame should show correct amounts now.

I will continue to work on placing items and color palette to make the whole experience better.

Also would like to add info on your locked amount and info on how much you have to lock up additionally to maximize your allowance.
