The original intention was that there would be no minimum around the RFP but it also means that in certain cases a protocol receiving a low amount with a very large list will have users claiming extremely small amounts. Not bullish

Imo, users should still qualify for the RFP even if they didn't qualify for the $ZRO airdrop as they indirectly used a LZ-native dApp and potentially even LZ tech without even being aware of it
