hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for all my fellow control systems geeks out there. if you're dealing with PID tuning and things are just not clicking, try starting with the Ziegler-Nichols method. it’s a bit old school but seriously helps to get a decent baseline before fine-tuning. also, don’t forget to double-check your sensor calibrations – a lot of times issues come down to something simple like that. happy tweaking!
