I never would have thought that flour brand could have such an impact on quality output. 

Just saying Caputo 00 flour is my dream pizza flour.

I’ve made pizza with Caputo 00 flour before!!!
The result was a huge success😆

I also got some yeast from them and trying that for the first time. Hope I get a nice output.

Do you just use Caputo or do you mix your flours? I use 20% fine semolina flour too.
