It's a lone Toast this morning and I am having a vaguely awake, slightly asleep little lie in.

Miss the fam but there is a joy in this moment of peace with my cat buddy pretzel.

What's your favourite way to wake up?

Powerful. I don't think I can go from peace to action with such speed. I normally have to make breakfast for a horde on waking up but they are away tonight so I'm not doing anything for the next hour or two

I usually do 20 push ups after waking up.
