Working onchain really spoils you for customer service. Having a problem with @zora? @jacob is in your DMs. Questions about @base? @jessepollak is on it! Feature request for @farcaster? @dwr.eth drops you a DC… Then you have an issue with legacy web2 tech & need support & it’s a pretty rude awakening.

Swings both ways ... Very common for a project to say we are decentralized...even if they are not as a way to avoid responsibility even if it is a problem with their website ... Kudos to those who do better ... Avocado Wallet gets my support on support ... Always a few minutes away with genuine concern
