No and the gif shows everywhere else that I can see, just not in the frame.

Alright, so it seems that the new way we display frames (with the mint statistics on the top right and the name on the top left) no longer supports GIFs in the frames. Instead, it’s pulling the first frame from the GIF you have attached to this artwork.
