Yes, it is now possible for Nouns NFTs on ETH mainnet to be deposited into a contract in exchange for 1 million $NOUNS. Several of us have done so & bridged them to Base, and someone added liquidity so it is possible to trade (though liquidity is still thin for now.) But now people can earn or buy fractions of a Noun!
