Nouns

Nouns is an infinite art project started by @seneca, @4156, @noun70, @gremplin, @vapeape, @devcarrot and four other onchain chads. One new noun is born every day, forever, and they are auctioned off (you can see the auction at nouns.wtf or one of the community developed front ends like probe.wtf, nounswap.wtf, nouns.sh.) 

The proceeds from auctions go into a shared pool, and all owners of the NFTs belong to a DAO that can make proposals for ways to use the funds, and vote on them (one noun, one vote.) Right now there is about 4500 ETH in the Nouns treasury. 

If a proposal is successful, the funds automatically transfer from treasury to the proposer to execute their idea. While nounish values are emergent as the DAO and community grow and change over time, historically successful props have focused on public goods (especially Ethereum public goods), art, animation, open source software, education and headless brand-building in niches like @esports (cont…)

That being said. I still don’t understand how /nouns work. And I think it’s in connection to /yellow you just talked about. Could you shed more light on it. /nouns especially. Cause I know you’re part of the team
