i'd never quote-cast the same thing across different channels. it’s better to pick the right channel for each cast — it keeps your profile cleaner, doesn’t feel like spamming, and gives a break to those with notifications on.

yeah, especially with these changes. it's better to go no-channel if it's meant for everyone, or pick the right one if it deserves a specific channel.
