Has nouns ever had a proposal to : 1) pay someone via token streams like /superfluid or /sablier 2) elect an onchain role like /hatsprotocol for someone to execute for the DAO Just thinking... 🤔

On the second due to lack of interest or lack of opportunity? I've been looking through prior proposals to see if hats roles could have made designated funds to an individual more robust in any instance
