sure! the mechanism is kinda complicated but,
you get the nft in exchange for locking up 1000 HUNT for a year :)
you can have the tokens back after a year by burning the nft

I either need to buy 1000 HUNT and lock up for 1 year and receive 1 building NFT. This will give me a daily allowance of 1000 HUNT/day.

Or I can buy 100 HUNT and get 1 mini building NFT. This will get me a 100 HUNT/day allowance.

At the end of Season 1 both tippers and recipients are eligible for a grant?

Is my understanding correct?
