Idea for a new user intro / boost channel

Gate with a frame. Make criteria hard to qualify for based onchain activity, credentials from something like @icebreaker, or some proof-of-work measure like NFT project with amount of volume, etc. 

Use @modbot to strictly enforce a single cast per user.

If you're accepted into channel, user introduces themselves and use a bot to automatically pin / announce the cast.

People who follow the channel now have a stream of interesting new users to potentially follow.
