i had a partial dislocation/minor rotator cuff tear about 1.5 months ago and jw how to approach working on this beyond ~5lb free-weight or cable pulls? been doing that a few days a week for about two weeks but it’s still pretty tender

ouch. visualize tearing scar tissue but reinforcing and rebuilding at the same time. static holds for the muscle to fire into them neurons
