My understanding:
- Analytics are not being properly calculated
- Dune and Neymar currently updating to provide real-time stats
- Update could take days

What is our real allowance?
- It's still based on true median reactions
- Gamblers can tip ~80% of their 4/18 allo

I see the largest accounts still sending tips out.  I can't imagine they ban half their users because of a site wide analytics problem.

But also, as the cast says, "for gamblers"

Also, if you're not a habitual over tipper, I'm fairly certain you don't get banned for over tipping one day.
