Gn ✨I almost thought shooting the last solar eclipse through cloud cover wouldn’t be worth it. I was wrong. The harsh light causes such an array of colours, it’s beautiful, even if it’s mostly just picked up on my camera. Point being, if it’s cloudy on Monday, try it anyways, you never know 👀

Its so much better with thin clouds. everyone on earth seems to have a clean eclipse disk in the sky shot. Kind of like taking photos of landscapes with clear blue sky or clouds, I would choose clouds every time as long as its still somewhat visible.

That’s fair! Though I have plans to try and get some hyper detail, so would very much prefer clear skies 😊 Hard to pick up earthshine with clouds
