BDFOWF = benevolent dictator for one warpcast feature

oh also ability to pay protocol fees with warps

this would be really nice.  The more things we can do without having to fund a wallet externally the more user friendly the whole ecosystem becomes for new users that arent 100% all-in on crypto.  

Kind of like a play to earn system.
