curious - would you manually assign power badge to someone like bryan johnson based on their reputation on other platforms 

or 

should they earn it based on their activity here?

It depends.   1.3k followers is legit but if they aren’t using the platform I don’t see why they should have them.  

There are a lot of powerbadges assigned to people that legit should have them but never cast or use the platform. I hope they aren’t preventing others from getting them (set number or something)
