I agree this is a bit predatory but it also might really help some people shop that dont have cars or cant get to a legit grocery store. Its probalby cheaper than an uber and walking home with groceries is sometimes not great

for take out restaurant meals yea probably not great (no idea if ebt works at restaurants)
