Im from Italy, so im not allowed to say that my favorite dish is anything different than pizza.

Have you tried pulling the food out of that and putting it on a pizza with a sauce made from reducing the broth? 

Many Italians would disown you but it might be sooooo good

you could reduce it and then add cornstarch like Chinese food dishes and it will be the consistency of jelly.

I make chinese food pizzas like this all the time, order orange chicken or generals chicken and then toss it on a pizza.  its so delicious.

Dont know if its technically doable tho, the souce must be dense and not liquid 😂
