New Experiment: Channel Pass 

- Hosts can require a pass to cast in a channel
- Users must pay 100 warps for the pass 
- A pass can be revoked if a user ignores the norms.

We’re going to be iterating a bit more aggressively with channels over the next couple of months. Goal is to find the core of the primitive to decentralize (most likely onchain!).

Darn.  This would seriously crush the photo side of things here with all the specific photo communities popping up (only mountains, only street photos etc) it would take a lot of warps to be able to post in them. Can it be a threshold of say 1000 or 2000 users min for it to get turned on?
