Unfortunately, some of the collaborations I was most excited about didn't work out, largely because the web2 companies lacked the patience to see them through—for example, RTFKT/Nike and Polygon/Starbucks. However, I remain hopeful and confident that we'll see more successful partnerships in the future.

With this being my third crypto cycle, I’ve learned a lot from each one and will keep learning with every cycle ahead. Some lessons I’ve learned: - Attention is everything – Go where the momentum is. Attention fades unless you adapt. - Don’t get attached – Let data and markets guide you, even if it challenges beliefs. - Stay agile – Trends shift fast; what works today may not tomorrow. - Execution > ideas – Great ideas mean nothing without action. - Play the long game – Focus on sustainable growth, not quick wins. - Community matters – Build trust and loyalty; they’re your foundation. - Patience pays off – Stay calm and thoughtful during downturns. - Collaborate + listen – Success comes from teamwork and being open. - Follow the data – Intuition is great, but let analytics drive decisions. - Focus on what you control – Execute on what’s within reach; ignore the unpredictable.

Go where your customers are. Web3 gaming will thrive with this approach. Zynga excelled in this by developing games for Facebook's casual social audience. Web3 enthusiasts and gamers are active on many social platforms, and Telegram has demonstrated significant potential as an effective channel for game distribution. I'm excited to see how Discord, Farcaster, Lens, LINE (Kaia Chain) will also serve as distribution hubs for games.

After attending BaseCamp, it is clear that @base will be a leader in onboarding the masses to consumer apps. Here are some of my favorites apps so far: - /blackbird - loyalty rewards for restaurants - @frenpet - web3 Tamagotchi - @fxhash - curated generative art onchain - @receipts - rewards for working out - @hypersub - onchain subscriptions I look forward to watching these apps develop further and to discovering new ones in the future!
