Upgrade warpcast noda to version 1.13.2!

1. Log in to the server and update the packages. Write this in the console:
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y
2. Wait for everything to refresh, then write this:
cd ~/hubble && ./hubble.sh upgrade

Wait for about 5 minutes, after which the version of your node will be updated. You can monitor using your IP:3000. Have a good weekend, everyone!

Look carefully, on the screenshot I see that noda has not been updated yet. It should be version 1.13.2.
