As much as AI can negatively affect learning and education, it also comes with its upsides. On this note, teachers at a Down special school have harnessed the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to help their pupils find a voice. This school is dedicated to special needs students with Downs syndromme, most of whom are always non-verbal. 14-year-old Keelan from Tor Bank School in County Down, for instance, uses AI to write his own songs. Tor Bank's ICT teacher Danielle Perry expressed that the children learn in a very, very different way. Although the kids don't have voices sometimes, AI is making their creations come alive.
